Breakfast

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day nutritionally speaking. I've been working hard on mine, like everything else. A good bowl of cereal is a great way to get plenty of protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates. Inspired by some of the popular healthy fare available today, I hit my own local backyard for inspiration. Here is my own Kashi Go Eat it in the backyard. Do you think Kath would eat this food? I'm pretty sure that a couple of squirrels were a bit miffed that I took their breakfast.
