For anyone interested. Mom, do you remember when y’all bought it? Was there a Montgomery Ward store in town?

    Yes, there was a big 2 or 3 story building on
    Capitol street on the west end of street. We went there often. later it turned into a mail order only. Can't remember when. I am sure it was bought there. MOM

    Amy, you said aunt Dot would listen to news about WW2, so that was 1939-1945. Dad was born in 39.
