Fall event

Sue started us off with Apple Cider mimosas. So good and a taste of fall. 

 

Butternut squash soup was fabulous. She said it had roasted honey crisp apples and carrots in it. We all enjoyed the book, The Couple Next Door. 

 

Pizza Shack booth at Scarecrow and Car Fest. 

 

 

They sold a lot. 

 

Fundraiser for Society of Saint Andrew 

 

We raised a nice amount of money to help with their gleaning efforts. 

 

We had a simple meal of beans and rice to make us aware of how most of the world eats. Everyone donated what we would have spent on our typical Sunday lunch. After this I jumped in the car with Mom, Linda and Jan and roared to Orange Beach!! Come back for more on that later.
