Food, food, food

I promised y’all the corned beef. Now here it is starting out.

Boiled beef on low for 3 hours. Took it out, then added cabbage potatoes and carrots.

It was so good.

Celebrated Ryan’s parents 45th anniversary. The 3 kids planned a party for them at Gibb’s steakhouse in Learned. Had never been. What a treat. Old grocery store. Great steak. Ryan wanted a champagne tower.

After all that rich food I got back to basics with salmon croquettes and mashed potatoes.

Made an aioli with Dukes and smoked chipotle Tabasco sauce.

Grout is in!

Beautiful tile job.

Pass through in.

Made lots of decisions. Time to order furniture and booths. Ryan sent us to lunch on the company card to fortify us.

Mary Grace rode along.

I picked Eudora’s. Didn’t disappoint. Oysters and duck gumbo.
