This was one of our favorite lunches. It’s hard to remember a time when there were not many Mexican restaurants here, but that’s the way it was. Was drawn to the canned meat aisle to buy something for church food drive. So I saw this and headed down memory lane.
Guess what ! They were as good as I remembered. All I needed was the soap opera, As the World Turns on in the background. This is a memory Mom and I can check out together.
Oh, yes, I remember. It was when I taught you to eat such a wholesome diet,!! Ha Ha. We did have fun. MOM
